Dr. Victores is great! The staff are friendly and professional. The healthcare I have received has been very good. What is baffling are the wait times. I typically have at least a 45 minutes wait, even at 8am which is their earliest appointment time. This seems like a system level issue that could be improved.

After having several appointments with Dr. Jordan and his NP, Jonathan, I can confirm they’re excellent at what they do. Jonathan is who I’ve been seeing lately (since Jordan is retiring), and he’s one of the most caring and helpful providers I’ve seen. He is genuinely a nice person with a passion for his field. There were a few small hiccups during my treatment at this office that made me slightly reconsider using them, but Jonathan’s kindness to me and thorough care honestly made me change my mind. Dr. Jordan is a solid doctor who’s obviously built a strong practice. I honestly don’t care what his flaws may be. He gets a 10/10 from me for restoring my ability to breathe. The surgery recovery was downplayed a bit (it hurt more than I expected), but it was worth it.

Went in with ear and throat pain and ended up seeing nurse practitioner Jonathan Morgan. He was great, thorough, and very kind. Would not have any complaints and would highly recommend him/them for any issues you may be having

I was last there 5 years ago. It was very easy to make a timely appointment to see a nurse practitioner. I was able to complete my paperwork, get my ears cleaned and my hearing tested in a reasonable amount of time. All of the personnel were very friendly and kind.

I highly recommend Dr Victores and his staff at Southeast Texas Ear Nose & Throat. You will not find a more competent caring team. His nurse practitioner is top notch also. I have been going to this clinic nearly 30 yrs (since before he was even there, and took over my care from his predecessor), and the staff has been consistently wonderful! I have recommended Dr Victores to friends and family and they love him also. I know you will be pleased. I have had balloon singuplasty, ear tubes, eustation drainage, and 2 full sinus surgeries (with turbonate and deviated septum) as well as many ear infections. They additionally have an audiologist, that is great. He also provides my allergy care and I am SO happy with that!
